I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist based in the Southeast Valley, serving clients in San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and surrounding Arizona communities. I help clients build functional strength, improve mobility, and stay injury-free.

I prioritize injury prevention by avoiding heavy, risky lifts and unnatural movement patterns that stress joints over time.
